Intake data you submit (name, business, phone, email, GBP status, service requested, notes), call/text metadata for the businesses we serve (caller number, timestamp, transcript where the client enables it), website crawl data (public GBP/website/review information), and payment records via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
To deliver Rescue Install, GBP Rescue, and Front Desk Care; to create Zoho CRM lead/job records; to send transactional texts/emails you or your customers requested; to produce monthly dollar reports and AI-visibility re-tests; and to improve the local benchmark dataset in anonymized, aggregated form.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — pages viewed and clicks on checkout and phone links — so we can improve it. Google processes that usage data under its own privacy terms.
Automated texts identify as the client's business assistant where applicable. Any AI voice (Phase 2) discloses that it is AI and that the call may be recorded, before substantive conversation. Florida is a two-party consent state for recording.
Intake/CRM records: retained while you are a client + 24 months for accounting/dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized on request. Call/text transcripts: 12 months by default (client-configurable shorter). Crawl/benchmark data: anonymized aggregates may be retained indefinitely. Payment records retained per tax/accounting law via Stripe.
We do not sell personal data. We share only with processors needed to deliver the service (Zoho CRM, telephony/SMS provider, hosting) under their terms, and when legally required. Client customer data is processed as the client's service provider; we do not train public models on your customer transcripts.
Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out (transactional replies to your own inbound call/text are handled per TCPA consent language). Request access/deletion via hello@avakata.agency or (561) 206-2484. TCPA consent language appears on every intake form.
Access scoped per client in Zoho; credentials held in a secure vault; no secrets in the site code. Breach notification per applicable Florida law.
